A New Milky Way

Galicia is the largest milk producer in Spain. However, it hardly makes it into the cheese, yoghurt and other dairy-product-market, which has a greater added value. The 9,000 Galician farms need to bet on innovation and high tech to take on the challenges of an increasingly complex market. On the Terra de Lugo Campus, they bring scientific insight to this industry.
