Scientific Cooking

Science applied to cooking is the objective of the so called documentary  ‘Cocina con Ciencia’ in English translated as  ‘Scientific Cooking’, which is an educational program produced by the  CSIC and hosted by the Galician chef Pepe Solla. Food safety is the key to these documentaries directed by the biologist Graciela Ramilo.
